From the initial review through to full repayment, every investment follows a clearly structured process.
Our funding process

Project review & indication
Following an initial exchange, we analyse the key project documents as well as location and project KPIs. Where our assessment is positive, our partners promptly receive an initial indication setting out the key terms and the possible financing framework.

Term sheet & due diligence
Once the indication has been agreed, a detailed term sheet is negotiated. Upon signing, both parties have a binding financing commitment, subject to successful due diligence. Its findings determine the key milestones and conditions precedent, and the final financing documentation is prepared.

Signing & closing
Once the financing agreements have been signed and all agreed conditions precedent have been met, the financing is disbursed.
- 04
Project monitoring & repayment
After disbursement, our asset management team takes over ongoing support of the financing and monitors the project throughout its term until repayment. At the end of the agreed term, the financing is repaid in full.
